Man shoots teenager that was toilet papering his principal's house

By JD
A man in still Springs, Tenn., is accused of shooting a teenager multiple times after he toilet-papered a school principal's yard.
The Times Free Press reports: Franklin County Sheriff's Office spokesman Sgt. Chris Guess said suspect Dale Bryant Farris, 65, fired at least two shots, with [shotgun] pellets striking the teenager in the right foot, inner left knee, right palm, right thigh and right side of his torso above the waistline.
The home being toilet-papered wasn't Farris'. It was the residence of Huntland School principal Ken Bishop, who declined to press charges against the teen or his friends, who were allegedly involved in the prank.
Stories like this are why I can not figure out how there are people who legitimately think it should be illegal to conceal and carry firearms.  Yeah you might avoid a school shooting or two but if this neighbor hadn’t had his rifle by his side these kids would’ve just gotten away with toilet papering their principal’s house. Not on Dale Bryant Farris’s watch, no sir.  He’s like the real life Clint Eastwood from Gran Torino.  Took the Neighborhood Watch to a whole new level.

Unfortunately for Dale, even down south you can only get away with shooting random teenagers if they're black, so he's probably gonna do some time for this one.
